WAFlow Quick Start Guide

From install to your first consent-based campaign in 15 minutes. Read the first chapters free. The full guide (PDF) unlocks with any plan.

1. Before you start

Check that your computer and phone are ready. Everything runs on your own Windows PC.

  • Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, with 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended) and 500 MB free disk space.
  • A stable internet connection.
  • A smartphone with WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business installed and online.
  • A list of customers who agreed to receive WhatsApp messages from you (CSV or Excel).

2. Install WAFlow Desktop

  1. 1Log in to your WAFlow account and open Account -> Downloads.
  2. 2Click Download installer and save the .exe file.
  3. 3Double-click the installer. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info -> Run anyway.
  4. 4Choose the install folder (the default is fine) and click Install.
  5. 5Open WAFlow Desktop from the Start menu or the desktop shortcut and accept the consent notice.
  6. 6Open License in the sidebar, paste the license key from Account -> Overview on the website and click Activate (needs internet once).

Without a license WAFlow runs in Demo mode, so you can explore safely. Your contacts, campaigns and reports are stored only on this PC, in %APPDATA%\WAFlow.
