These terms govern your use of the WAFlow website and the WAFlow Desktop software ("the Software"), provided by WAFlow (waflow.live) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.

1. Your plan and license

  • A plan gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the plan period (30 days), on the number of Windows PCs stated for your plan.
  • Plans do not renew automatically. You can renew or upgrade at any time from your account; the new period is added to any time you have left.
  • You may not resell, share, decompile or redistribute the Software or your downloads.

2. Acceptable use

  • You will only message people who have given you permission to contact them on WhatsApp, and you will honor every opt-out request.
  • You will not use the Software for spam, harassment, fraud, illegal content, or to message people who did not consent.
  • You are responsible for following WhatsApp's terms and policies and all applicable laws, including data-protection and telecom regulations.

3. WhatsApp and third-party services

The Software is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. The QR-scan connection uses WhatsApp's linked-devices feature; WhatsApp may limit, suspend or ban numbers used for bulk or unsolicited messaging. We are not responsible for actions WhatsApp or Meta take on your account. Charges for the official WhatsApp Cloud API are billed by Meta, not by us.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Your data

Contacts, messages and reports you manage in the Software stay on your computer. How we handle your account data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current plan period, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or account restrictions imposed by third parties.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the Software at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [your city] have exclusive jurisdiction.
