Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel — your access simply ends when the 30-day period is over unless you renew.

Refunds

WAFlow Desktop is a digital product delivered instantly, so payments are generally non-refundable once the download is available. We will refund you in full if:

• the Software does not install or run on a PC that meets the published system requirements, and our support team cannot fix the problem within 7 days; or
• you were charged twice for the same order.

How to request a refund

Email support@example.com within 7 days of payment with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID.

Processing time

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
