This policy explains what personal data WAFlow (waflow.live) collects through the WAFlow website and how we use it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, optional mobile number and a securely hashed password.
• Purchase records: plan, amount, date and Razorpay order/payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
• Security logs: sign-ins, downloads and payment events with IP address, kept to prevent fraud and abuse.
• Your communication choice: whether you agreed to receive product updates, and when.

What we do not collect

WAFlow Desktop runs on your computer. The contacts, messages, campaigns and reports you manage in it are stored only on your PC and are never uploaded to us.

How we use your data

• To create your account, process payments, deliver downloads and provide support.
• To send product updates and offers — only if you opted in. You can withdraw consent anytime in Account → Profile.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the service (payment processing by Razorpay, hosting), or when required by law. We never sell your data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as tax laws require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@example.com.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: one to keep you signed in and one to remember your language. No advertising trackers.
